property history on mls?

hi so I'm analyzing for my first property and discovered the history tab under the mls and I see some interesting stuff on there. but I'm a little confused on how to interpret that information. some houses have a lot of activity some dont.. what shout I look for? is it like buying a car where the more owners the more I should worry?
