Looking for advice on my first flip

Hello,

I am looking to buy my first flip in the metro Detroit and was wondering if anyone could share some advice.

I am looking to buy something in the St. Clair shores area, is this a good place to start?

Should I be looking somewhere else?

Any advice that can be shared would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,

@Joshua Whipple I dont know the Detroit market but you should get to know it like it is second nature. i buy 3-4 homes a month in my market and I know it well. I stay out of areas that I dont know well and when doing a flip sometimes you have to think outside the box. A and B areas are great to flip properties but they are also hard to find. C areas can be very profitable if you buy right and know the ARV.

Good Luck Joshua
