Unsecured Line of Credit

I recently applied for and received a pretty substantial unsecured line of credit with 0% interest for about 15 months. Everything seems like an ideal situation for this type of loan. I'm a newbie in REI and I'm afraid I might be missing something. The only catch about this type of loan seems like the higher interest rate after the 15 months. Anyone have experience with these? I'm in San Diego, California and looking for property here if possible.

Yeah I wish fundwise had been up front about the 9% of the loan value (but capped at $5k, LOL), that was a waste of time.
