Wholeselling
Hi evryone
I have a question about flipping/wholeselling. I'm reading a book right now called, "Building Big Profits in Real Estate." So far it's not bad but the concept of wholeselling confuses me. There's a paragraph in the book that states:
The deal should be closed by the investor, not by you. "your fee would be an add-on to the buyer. Explain this deal to the seller up front or you may encounter a glitch in your closing.
The concept of wholeselling seems great but what would prvent the seller from directly marketing to the investor after learning there is money to be made in this deal for him/her since you will be disclosing what your plans are?
