Real Estate Meet up Newark NJ

Just went to a productive meet up my realtor @Omar Ismael set up in the Newark area. He pulled together a few of his first time home buyer clients and a Mortgage Broker. The Broker gave an informative presentation and answered all questions that came his way. This is a great way for first time home buyers to get out of that nervous/skeptical stage. I learned few ways on how to finance and re-finance deals which I will be able to use now and on future deals. The Broker also provided a step by step process from when you find a deal until you are provided with the keys, he also provided estimated amount needed to bring at closing. I will recommend all realtors or any new investor to create a meet up in your area like this which will benefit all.

I meet up Omar on Bigger Pockets a few months ago and he has been more than just a realtor for me. He is a Realtor/Investor and also has a regular job. All of this doesn't stop him from going above and beyond for his clients. I hope all realtors follow this process.
