Anyone using the M5 system?

Hello/Help,

My hubby and I are trying to get started in wholesale real estate. We purchased the Cody Serber  first level $600.00 program. Wow, it  has been a struggle getting things started. Has anyone used or is using the M5 program? I would love your thoughts and perhaps some assistance.
