Hi, I'm from Reading PA. (about 45 mins from Philly) Houses inside the city are cheap as $60k-$100k. And the foreclosures are even cheaper. How much money will I need to get started? and hows the best way to get foreclosures for cheap? I want to do this full time but there is still a lot i need to learn even though i took real estate classes and got my salespersons license. are those foreclosure websites a scam?
