Happy Friday BP Family! I'm so new to the investment game that I haven't done a deal yet. I am a real estate agent in  NYC, but am considering investing in southern markets because they are more cost effective. Atlanta, North Carolina, and Delaware are on my mind. I have family in each of these areas to help me navigate. My plan is to  buy and flip then build up to rentals once I've built up capital. I need to learn how to raise capital to do cash deals. So I need all the help I can get. how do I get my mogul life started?

thank you.

Shebrelle
