Hello I am relocating to Jacksonville FL and would greatly appreciate some guidance and advice. I am aiming to make my first home purchase/investment within the next 6 months. I have haggled with the idea of a possible house hack. I understand I can get some down payment assistance in certain counties in jax..

Are there any experts of this market that would know the best area and niche here? Again, very thankful for any input and look forward to hearing back.
