Making offers with Investor Money

I currently have an investor that I'm trying to purchase a property with to rehab. We are running into a problem, where every time we make an offer we have to transfer money from his account, to the LLC that we would be purchasing the property through. Is there a way to show proof of funds without having to move the money from the investor's account to the LLC?

We are not sure when we are going to get our first deal, I don't want his money in my account for months. It's also making it difficult to make offers unless we are pretty sure our offer is going to be accepted.
