Hi I am wondering would anyone in the Houston Texas area happen to have a purchase and sell agreement with the adendem attached to it ? Also I'm in just playing to wholesale the property by assigning the contract to a cash buyer . Will I still need an adendem ?

Please consider doing yourself a favor and work with a seasoned investor when you get a lead. Read some of the horror stories on BP of folks who thought, "how hard can it be" as it relates to investing. Well, many found out the hard way and lost tons of money because all it takes is one hungry attorney to make your life a living Hell. Asking a seller to sign a document that not even you understand is a recipe for disaster. The Guru's will tell you, "just jump in" to investing because they have no liability for what happens when you do and you're improperly trained to do handle the consequences.
