Hi I am wondering would anyone in the Houston Texas area happen to have a purchase and sell agreement with the adendem attached to it ? Also I'm in just playing to wholesale the property by assigning the contract to a cash buyer . Will I still need an adendem ?

Hey guys i have a question about whole selling with the intent to assign the contract to a rehabber. elts say i have a list of absentee owners, bankrupt homes , default homes and probates homes ect.. How exactly do i get in front of these people with my with my offer. Do i just send mailers ? do i go to the property ? Thanks guys

I have a question about whole selling specifically assigning the contract is my goal . Let's say I have a list of probate properties, absentee list . And notice of default list . Let's say say I figure out the maxim offer and I have the price I'm willing to offer . How exactly do I make the offer . Am I suppose to send them a piece of mail do I go to the property ? How do I get in front of these people ?
