Hello everyone 

I would like to partner up with someone in a investment deal flip or hold in the DMV as well as out of State. My credit is fair  (currently working on it) I have $1500 to help with some cost of whatever we do and I can also help find it and sale because I'm a real estate agent too.  I'm so ready to get started on real estate investment deals,  just need that 1st deal!
