Middle Tennessee Partners, Investors, and Mentors

BP, I've been a lurker of the podcasts and videos for a while and I want to just send out some feelers. I forget which podcast it was specifically but one of the guests points was the best way to start off with a mentor is bringing them value. The value that I could bring to investors/partners in the Middle TN area is that I will analyze and manage any property that we could partner on but I would just need the financial assistance up front and the occasional guiding tidbit of knowledge to steer clear of bad deals and situations. Does anyone want to make some easy money while helping out a beginner? Thanks!

@Account Closed - Good for you! That's awesome! I highly suggest going to as many local REI networking events as you can and meet with folks face-to-face. I'm guessing you will be more likely to find a mentor through that type of relationship building rather than BP (though maybe there is someone out in the BP world who is looking for someone like you!).

Best of luck!!
