READING LIST For Newbies

If you are a new investor, you don't know what questions to ask, you don't know what you don't know, or you want to decide if building a career/business as a real estate investor is really right for you, here's a reading list I put together (below).  Personally, if you think you want to become a real estate investor, you owe it to yourself to read these books in order to give yourself the best possible start in your efforts to become a real estate investor.  

There are many real estate books on the market, but there are very few really good ones written by experienced, highly reputable investors.  I suspect that most or all serious investors on BP have read a majority of these. They are the most widely known and sold books on the topic of real estate investing that there is.
