What's a good average profit for whole selling, example if you make an offer of 62k to a seller, and 67k to cash buyer is 5k good enough ??? I'm new to this so help me out please, I used the wholesaler calculator but still lost.

@Reginald Lewis As a wholesaler you dictate your "good enough" number.  Wholesaling is a volume business so I say any profit on a deal will leave you better than where you started.  I do $5K deals all day long.....They keep the bills paid and the business/staff churning.  Best of luck to you.  Always remember to persist and you will WIN!!!!
