Studying Real Estate and Following BP
I have been studying and purchased so much material for years. Thank you BP for this forum and I have received emails, listened, and followed you for 2 years. Finally getting out here!
Currently own a condo that I would like to do some updates, such as kitchen, bathrooms. There are some major updates already done, windows and heating/ac. Thinking this could be my first landlord property. I hesitate because of first finding the funds to put into the renovation and having to set the price to rent, to make the payments for the funds as well as pay other funds that go with the property. This location could definitely rent for a great price after renovations. Is this a good way to go?
