Hello, I'm 23 years old and have been interested in making a solid retirement plan for some time now. Thanks to a father figure I have, I've been delving into the real estate passive income idea. I think it's definitely the way I want to go but I'm not entirely sure how to properly start it. I've listened to several podcasts and heard a few from here and thought I'd get some random, more professional, opinions.
