State Exam Fees / Salesperson License Fees
I am about to take the state exam here in California, my first time. When I was glancing at the cal bre website to see the dates, I also saw "Licensing Fees" costs. I'm a bit confused. After I take the exam and pass it, I need to pay extra for a salesperson license fee? Or is that for renewing agents?
Thanks for the help!
