In Los Angeles looking to be an assistant to a real estate agent

Hi All! 

I live in Los Angeles and am looking to become an assistant to a real estate agent. I currently work as a photographer but I'm looking to completely transition to being a real estate assistant and then an agent. I recently passed the real estate licensing exam.

Does anyone have any advice or specific people I can speak with? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
