How to get the first rental out of college
I will be graduating from college in December of 2017 (this year) and will hopefully have a full time job at graduation. However, I would like to be able to quit that job and focus on building wealth through real estate.
I currently work 2 jobs, 5am-9pm Monday thru Friday and on the weekends I work at home taking care of things there. Because of this I do not have very much free time, so my first question is what should I be doing now to prepare myself to start investing after graduation?
