Getting started at 16

Hey guys. I've been reading up and doing tons of research on RE, and I want to know whether you guys have any advice on things that I should do differently since I'm 16.

I live in GA and and I'm not sure about the restrictions that GA places on minors owning property. If there is another country or state that would work better for me, or if there is any other advice you can give, please help me out. I need to know what you guys think would be the best kind of deal to get started in, ect.

Right now I'm starting a small bussiness with candy dispensers, vending machines, etc. and I've never had a job. I'm thinking of starting other minor things like that, just to start some passive income. I was thinking landscaping, babysitting, and or petsitting :pup: . I'm not going to be running them, I'll just own them. Any thoughts on that?

A great thing about being this young is that I can shadow bankers, accountants, realtors and other people around and get alot of informations as to what they like in a customer, under the guise of preparing for a career  . I just need to set up a great team, and working with the kind of people that will be on my team is giving alot of insight.

I know that the market is going down now, and I want to take advantage of it, but I don't have alot of money to put down right now...

Anyway, sorry for rambling, but if any of you experinced guys can set me up with a great plan for getting started, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks.

Matt :pup:
