Novice- RE License Question- Need for two states?
Hi! I am thinking of getting my RE license, I was just curious if there's an online course I can take to learn it so I can take the exam. Also, I currently live in Miami but will go to college in California in August. Do I have to take two licensing exam for both states or can I just take a Florida one and it will also be fine in Cali? If I have to take two exams, how similar are they?
Thanks so much!
