Should I allow tenants to use washer/dryer

Thinking of purchasing and house hacking a townhouse property with 3 BR, 3FB, 1HB. Fully finished basement. The upper part of the home will be rented out and I will live in the basement where one of the Full Bath is but the washer and dryer/utility are down in the basement. So should I give them access to use the washer/dryer or not. Also, there are no close by 24-7 laundromats or anything around in the area.
