Closing costs on preforeclosures

I am working up a business plan for trying to wholesale preforeclosures in my area. I know how to look up foreclosure actions as they are filed, plan on direct mailing those people, finding the right properties to get contracts on, and then shopping the contract. What kind of closing cost do I need to be worried about paying when I assign the contract or do a double close?
