New Member NJ, looking for another rental

Hi everyone! I am a new member from NJ. We own one rental property (our first home, which we then rented when we purchased our second) and are in the process of trying to find another property- one we can rent that can also double as a vacation getaway a few times a year. We are considering LBI (risky though given any storm damage/insurance) and are also considering Grand Cascades/crystal springs. We are in the very early stages of looking at numbers for each but any feedback anyone has is appreciated!!
