What is the best way to "Look" at a property as a Non-Agent?
Hi everyone,
So in my spare time, I am watching for listings on multi's. I expect that listing agents get a barrage of emails and calls when the listing is posted. So what is the best way for a new investor to get the most information from the agent to get a good sense of what they are working with? (I am looking in close proximity, but broaden your responses as if I were doing this remote.)

Pick one agent and stick with them.
Prove that you're not going to waste their time by presenting them with proof of funds and a resume before expecting them to jump through hoops. We get hammered by tons of time wasters, so that's a real issue to overcome. 90% are "new investors".
Once you have a property in mind, have a checklist of questions prepared. Get your agent on the phone and go through them at a brisk pace. Don't waste the agent's time.
Once you have a deal under your belt, expect a lot more loyalty from your agent. That's the single best way to prove that you're not a time waster!
