Hello, my name is Giovani Mobarak and I will soon be doing my RE exam. One of the things that really draws my attention in RE aside from selling houses, is the investment part. I am searching for advice as in what would my best options be first since I want to start into the flipping business and later on move onto developing. I am a full-time student, but I would like to try and start already in RE, but since I am someone who really does not know anything yet, would it be a better option to have a mentor in the selling position to learn about the market as much as I can, and then jump into flipping?

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Thank you!
