How to start a LLC business and the Funding

Hello BP,

I have a SFH rental and a 4-unit that I'm house hacking. I'm considering buying a 4 4-unit package and would like to start an LLC to buy and manage them. I've never done this before but I wanted to see how to do this.

What I'd like to offer is to seller-finance until I can repair the units and get them rented in about a years time, then refinance with a bank into my LLC that I'll start for these 16 units.

Will a bank do this? The LLC will basically just have the experience and time during that first year.
