[Regular] LLC vs Nevada LLC? Corp?
Hello Bigger Pockets! So I'm new here and to this business and wanted to start off the right way. I know since I'm starting I have no assets to protect but I rather do this now than after I do my first, second or third deal.
So the members would me my wife and I. I read about some advantages about a Nevada LLC and wanted to see what some of you thought about it. I currently live in the state of Georgia and most likely will be doing the majority of my business here. I know I would have to register it in this state as well. So do you guys think there is an advantage in forming a regular LLC vs a Nevada LLC? If so, should I do it on my own or go through Nevada Corporate Headquarters (NCH)?
Thanks ahead of time for your replies!
