Looking for realtor in Nashville TN

Hello. I am new to Bigger Pockets and have just recently become interested in real estate. I'm 27 years old and currently living in Grand Blanc, MI. My husband and I are moving to Nashville, TN this fall and are thinking about either doing a fix and flip with a single family or househacking with a multi family when we move. We have rented up to this point so it will be our first purchase. We have SO much to learn about the real estate business, but have to start somewhere. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a realtor in the area or I guess any tips in general for people just starting out.

@Luka Milicevic I just finished up graduate school and just got a job down there. I've been to Nashville before and loved it. Weather doesn't hurt either considering how long and cold winters are up here.
