Starting out in investment properties

I own a cronstruction company and for the past 2 years I have done work exclusively for house flippers.

So I would say I've learned a lot!

I've even went to auction and represented the investor and bought houses for him for a good 6 months.

So I want to get my feet wet.

I will have 70k saved up by September and want to buy a house all cash and brrrr it!

I've been on bp for a few months now and just want some tips or anything I can get.

Main things I would like to know is how to find deals

Finding brokers

Reasearch foreclosure homes. What do I need to look for and how do I look for them.

Finding out comps

Finding out about taxes owed

I feel with me owning the cronstruction company I can rehab cheaper then some or most.

Any suggestions or comments are appreciated
