I want to start a turnkey investment company in Metro Detroit

Hi I'm an investor in the Metro-Detroit area. I just recently got my real estate license and I am working as a realtor. My passion is investing though. I love analyzing deals more than I do selling retail properties. I really see the need for a quality turnkey company in the area as there is not many in the area. I would just like some advice on what I need to get started. All input is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
