Where are all the renters?

Hey all, newb question but is there any website or resource that points out who in the area is renting?  Something similar to Zillow or Trulia but to see who is currently renting rather than seeing what was sold/selling. Would be nice to see what the opportunity for tenants is in an area. 

If there isnt such a thing where could i find something like that?
