Will my loan close in time ??

I'm in contract to close before July 24th...

I just submitted my 203k loan app. today and uploaded all necessary documents.

My inspection is tomorrow 10am.

I'm just a little worried that it will take more than 40 days to close.

Is there anything I can do to speed up the process ??

Thank you !!

@Benn Albrecht You should play it safe. With a 203k loan there will be delays and red tape. I would plant the seed with the seller that just in case this runs a week or so over that they are cool with it but first talk with your mortgage professional and get their opinion before you start a panic.
