Out of town investors / owners

What's the best way to connect with out of town investors?

I'm located in The DC VA MD area. I want to create a lane for investor/owner who need a point man to handle certain issues while they're in another state?

If you are a out of town investor, what are some of the things you need done when you aren't there? Do you have people look at perspective homes for you or a few people that handle different things?
