FHA in Elizabeth NJ!
Newbie. Scared out of my pants. About to close on FHA 4 unit home. 4.25 interest rate on 450,000K. C-Class neighborhood. 5 minute walking to NJ transit. 20-25 minute ride to Penn Station.
Currently has 3 tenants with rents totaling $4300. When I vacate the other unit it will easily go for $1100.
Anyone have knowledge of Elizabeth? What do others think of the deal. I'm ready I just need to hear some outside thoughts before I head to closing.
Thanks to all!
