203k FHA Primary Residence Question
Hey all, I was looking into doing a 203k FHA on a duplex but dont want to sell my primary residence (I'd actually like to airbnb it while we're renovating) Could anyone tell me if FHA has a problem with something like that considering I still have my primary residence even though im not technically living in it?

@Nick Causa, provided that your current primary isn't already on an FHA loan (or, you already have enough equity to refinance out of that loan), then you should be good to go (so long as you DO move into the duplex for 1 year+). Cheers.
