Any advice/tips when starting out?

Any recommendations on where to start? Some info about me. 18 with a monthly income of about 1500 I have a good amount of cash saved up as well. Also any advise tips would be great. Plan on starting to building my credit as well.(any advice here as well?) Do's & don'ts?! Thanks in advance. -Marcos
