Is a home equity loan the right choice?
Hi BP,
I am new to the community and real estate.
I currently own a home with an in law apartment which I rent out. However my goal is to own multiple rental properties. I hoping to buy a new property in the near future. I have some money saved but not enough for a down payment. I'm curious if should take out a home equity loan to purchase a new property or just wait until I have enough cash saved. Or possibly sell my currently property?
Any advice or insights would be very helpful!
Thanks
