I am somewhat interested in buying multifamily units in this location to hold.
I have seen some interesting properties!
I am on the west coast, so I am really green to how life is lived in a town such as Saginaw, MI. It looks very slow paced and peaceful.
Who knows I may want to retire there in 20 years!
