Starting out in NY Realestate PLEASE HELP!!!!
Hey guys,
Hey, guys thanks in advance for the help.
I am 23 y.o and living in NYC. I have always wanted to be involved in real estate but didn't know where I could start. I signed up for an event in which they sold me on a 3-day seminar for around $1000. I went for the weekend, it was very information packed but being that Real Estate is so broad 3 days just wouldn't be able to cover everything. They did sell us on advanced training but we are currently proceeding with caution. We placed a down payment ($6000) and have a remaining balance of $4000 for the package we purchased. The package includes a "Fast Start Bootcamp" and the "Property Farm" software. My question is, I really want to continue with RE specifically wholesaling. I have already started a buyers list with retail buyers and also individuals from auctions and networking events. What is my next step to finding my first property, I really feel as though New York RE market is difficult for whole sellers. Any info would be very helpful!
