Newbie Advice on paying more than 30+ mortgages?

How does one manage staying on top of paying all of the mortgages from all of their properties when they have a large amount of them? Is there someone you hire like the property manager that is in charge of that? Is there some sort of way to handle this tricks or tips other then just making sure you get it done?
