Completed First Deal whats next??

So we completed our first deal.  We ended up purchasing our property 4 years ago with cash for about 27k.  We put about 20k into while we were living in the property over the course of the 4 years.  We made the decisions to purchase a new home in December and moved in.  We now have a tenant that signed a 24 month lease for $850.  I have a 65% cash on cash return after we stick money away for major capital and taxes expenses.   The house just got appraised for 80k.  I would like to get more into the real estate and passive income, but looking to see what is next.    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I currently am a full time employee, so I do not need the cash to live off of.  I am looking to set myself for passive future income.
