Hello, Hoping someone would be able to point me in the direction of a respectable real estate agent who specializes in the areas outside of Manhattan (Westchester, Bronx, etc) that would be able to assist with a first purchase. I am looking to make my purchase with an FHA loan and house hack a quadplex as I have see through the many success stories on here.
