Dominate a neighborhood or go where the numbers are?
Has anyone zeroed in on a specific pocket neighborhood to solely invest in? If you had most of the housing stock in the neighborhood then you could determine what quality the homes are and rent prices. However, you're limited in what the neighborhood provides as far as numbers (initially). Is anyone practicing this strategy?
