Property manager vs. community association management
I'm new to this whole real estate thing but I wanna get involved in a different way than just being a real estate agent. So my question is, property manager or CAM? Pros and cons of both? Will a CAM license gain me easier access to becoming a property manager? Or am I taking the wrong approach completely for starting out in real estate? I will also be buying and renting out multi family units on my own but I wanted to manage multiple properties without having to take out loans for each place I buy.
