In my ~9 months of real estate education the two words I have heard the most in finding a mentor are ADD VALUE. Hello, my name is Will and I am 18 years old. In two weeks, I will be graduating from high school in the top of my class. This fall I will be starting at the College of William and Mary with the intent of majoring in business and business management. I have left my summer completely open so that I can "intern" or learn and work with a RE investor. I would love to work with someone locally in the D.C. Metro area but also wouldn't mind booking a flight across the country. I would be more than happy to come out of this summer without making a dime, because i know the value of the education will be worth millions. I have attended local REIAs, read over half a dozen books on the topic and have listened to 100+ podcasts (and counting). I am eager to take it to the next level. If you know someone who may be interested in working on some deals together and teaching a motivated and ambitious student a thing or two, please reach out to them about me and I would be extremely thankful. I'm not necessarily looking to work in any specific niche, just gain experience and knowledge. Thanks BP community! Will
