Can I use my existing LLC?

I started an LLC 4 years ago to do business as a independent sales rep for OEM's selling into the radioliogy imaging space. I am interested in investing in real estate and was wondering if there are any issues with utilizing by current LLC to finance and manage realestate deals. My wife and I are 50/50 owners with no employees and we file as and S Corp.

Thanks!
