Which areas in Hampton Roads are the best for Wholesaling?
Hello BP Family!
Another newbie here, ready to make a major life change. lol. So I live in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, and I have very little start up funds. So to find distressed properties I'm going to go Driving for Dollars. Does anyone know what are the best areas to look? I live on the Hampton/ Newport News side, so everyday I'm driving finding distressed properties. I can go out my back door and find several. I just need to know if those area are even worth driving, or should I go across the water to Norfolk/ Chesapeake?
Thank You for taking the time out to read this and answer my question :)
